Anybody wanting business @ MERC?

Tried calling 5 branches to just get some info on the Merc Vito - absolutely shocking from no answers at 3 dealerships to 1 receptionist coughing in my ear over the phone and finally getting some answer at the Rivonia branch - I cannot believe it and this is supposed to be THE brand? Yoh no wonder my friend is pulling her hair out with the purchase of her MERC - I now fully understand
