Agility Finance bad expirience

Hi I had taking offer from Mercedes Benz on Agility contract, I was promised that after 3 years i will get new car or my contract will be extended. To my shock none of the options was given to me. Due to nature of my work i cannot survive without car, traveling to see customers. I do understand that my credit profile may changed sins then. All i need is to keep my car and continue with monthly payments Because of Mercedes actions my family will be completely destroyed, I have 3 children to look after. If some one can assist with this.
