Absolutely shocking Service from all departments at Mercedes-Benz Umhlanga - NMI-DSM.

I won’t even go into all the details of the terrible service received from Mercedes-Benz Umhlanga, from purchasing a car with a salesman who did not know his product to the finance department who made errors on my finance contract and then tried to get me to sign a new one at a higher monthly repayment, to the service department who can’t return calls, keep your vehicle for days on end and need to book your vehicle in for a full day for each fault, no matter if you tell them all the faults, they want it booked in for one fault and then booked in again for the next fault. Never again will I buy a Merc, based on this terrible disgusting service. I would be ashamed to be a part of this dealership. Merc SA should have them audited!!!
