7 phone calls and no progress

7 phone calls and I have still not been helped. In 2012 I sold my Merc due to the dealership service level which was poor. Now, 8 years later, I decided to buy a GLA 45. Tried calling East Rand branch today and after 7 phone calls I am nowhere nearer to having a quote for the upcoming service never mind a booking. Have been transferred from pillar to post and was even called back with the call dropped and again no luck. Unbelievable. Asked for the DP and Service Manager and again no answer or the call gets dropped
