4 Month wait for parts!!!!!!!

At the beginning of August, my husband went to Mercedes Benz Stellenbosch and consulted Wilfred in parts regarding the bearings for the gearbox of our A Class. Considering that they were paid 3 months prior to him walking into the dealership. Wilfred then told him that the parts would be there that week however this was not the case. We then called Mercedes Benz SA on 07 August to complain about the dealership, the delay in the parts and Wilfred's lack of communication. Mercedes Benz SA said they would get back to us in 3 working days which they didn't. He then had to call them on 14 August to follow up and Shezi at Mercedes Benz SA said that the parts were in Cape Town at customs. My husband has been calling the dealership three times a week since then to follow up on the parts only for Wilfred to say that the parts are in Johannesburg. This is the most disgusting customer service ever received from a luxury brand. The fact that they hold themselves to this high standard is appalling. DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES BENZ.
