2025 V300 Rear door issues

My 2025 V300 with less than 8000 KM is giving me issues with the rear door not working, took it to Nelspruit dealership yesterday and they didn't bother fixing it they just washed it and sent it back. Today the door is giving me issues again and the dealer says I must bring it back, I'm based more than 150km and they expect me to travel daily to their dealership at my cost simply because they don't/cant do their work. This is the worst service from a mercedes Benz dealer I have ever seen even
