2 WEEKS FOR A REFUND

I want to know why its taking mercedes benz WEEKS to refund my money. When i was initially at mercedes benz they said a copy of driver license is okay after 2 weeks now they want a Id. I want my money within the next 24 hours. its mercedes problem if their staff is invimpetent to get things sorted. never in my life will i use wonderboom mercedes again ever
