Shocking customer service - Avoid them

No customer service whatsoever. Took my car in as safety warnings were coming up. I was called the same day by Seymour asking if they could keep it overnight to do software updates. I had no follow up by 13h00 on day 2 and then called in asking for Seymour only to be advised that he was away on training. No-one could assist me to find out who had taken over from him. I tried the service manager and dealer principle and held for +- 1 hour and had no success on finding out the status of my car. As of writing I have no clue when I will get my car back and who is responsible while Seymour is away. I am simply going to arrive to collet it. Avoid them as there is no service.
