Mercedes Benz Umhlanga is ****!!! Do not waste your money there!

Poor service from at this dealership! I purchased my B200 at Mercedes Benz from the Pinetown dealership from Trish ,who has now retired and I received impeccable service in November 2017. I have since moved to the North side of Durban and my closest Mercedes Benz dealership is in Umhlanga. Over this past weekend of 19/06/2020 I experienced trouble with my vehicle and could not switch it on so I contacted my insurance Alexander Forbes (Momentum) and had it towed to Mercedes Benz Umhlanga. When I arrived at the Umhlanga dealership, staff was not helpful at all! The service manager did not help me and was very slow. I asked for a replacement vehicle because I had no transportation to take me back to my house neither did they offer to take me back home. I was actually appalled that this is the service I received especially after purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz that costs half a million Rand, after care sales service is ****! I then asked my car to be towed to the Pinetown dealership, where I had initially purchased it. This was done at an additional cost to me. The staff in Umhlanga were not interested at all to assist . When I arrived at Pinetown Mercedes Benz, they were very swift. A diagnostic test and change of car battery was done within an hour. I was impressed by their service and professionalism, they should be commended for this. I would like people not to even bother spending their money at Mercedes Benz Umhlanga because they dont care about customers, they're selective when assisting clients and it's all about your race or how you look like yet you're also a paying customer
