DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!!

I’m left stranded at work at 17:15 in the evening- with NO ANSWER from anyone !!! Their service has been appalling! They have not even completed my service - with things pending from 2 services ago - that they’re still fixing .

No one takes accountability- the service manager just does not care . Being the only branch left in Durban - the service is pathetic. I’ve been driving a Mercedes for over 10 years now - and sad to say - will never again .

I’m not even sure of whether I’ll get my car back today .

Please - DO NOT - I repeat do not buy a Mercedes if you live in Durban. You will pay an arm and a leg and receive **** quality.
