Defective C 180 Mercedes Benz 2019 model

I bought a brand new C *** model in Mid November 2019 and in less than a month a car switched off and broke down. The Sales Manager at Umhlanga refused to replace the vehicle. What a pathetic and appalling service from a highly reputable brand and I have considered to switch to their rivalry BMW as they value their clients and not treating them like ****.
