Bad customer service!!

In June, my car went for the 100 000km service which should be a major service. I advised the service advisor to check out additional issues with the car i.e. brakes, shocks, cigarette lights etc etc. He told me that Mercedes will not approve these repairs because my car was almost out of the maintenance plan!! What do you do during a major service??? Not even a month later and out of the maintenance plan , my car started to show indication for brakes, shocks etc etc.. The repairs not estimated at R23k, what if I didn't have an extended maintenance plan??? Now I am without a car for week!!! For something that could have been done during the major service?? Is this the service that is given to all customers?? Am I not taken seriously for my frustrations because I am black and female?? I have 3 school going children and I have to go to work, with no car a whole week!!
