Unprofessional and pathetic service @ Mercedes Umhlanga

Today, I visited my local branch Umhlanga Mercedes Benz and it was the regret of my life. I got served/ attended by the Ritesh ***adeen, who was useless, rude , unprofessional.

When Mercedes Benz was retrenching post COVID, how did they missed this guy, cause he was useless and unhelpful. If he is not willing to serve customers, he must go and look after his grandfather's sugar canes. If he is not prepared to serve customers diligently, he must leave. He is spoiling the good brand and good reputation of Mercedes Benz
