Sliding door Nightmare

Had our Mercedes Viano at Mercedes Bryanston 2 times to service sliding doors that still isn't working. When we received the car back for the 1st time the doors were in a even worse condition.

Returning the car for the 2nd time, another 3 days later without a car and traveling to the dealer as out of towers the sliding doors is still not working.

Our concerns is that 1. the dealer can't solve the problem 2. they assure us everytime that everything is tested and in working condition 3. that the 1st time we received the car back it was worse than the initial issues 4. We expect that the oem will be the specialist in their own product 5. Our car does not lock, and sliding door opens while driving.

We are fed up returning the car, spending time traveling and following up on a issue that had to be resolved at least after the 2nd time.

This is just unacceptable and unexpected from an exclusive manufacturer.
