Unprofessionalism

I took my Mercedes Benz to replace my fan belt at Somerset west Mercedes branch. When I arrived at the dealership to book in my Mercedes Benz the service department was going crazy, running around with no order to be seen. I stood at the rolling doors waiting for somebody to assist me, after a few minutes a representative luckily spotted me and the game began. She rushed over to me and the first question was "do you have an appointment and what is your surname" - forget about "Good Morning" or "how are you doing?". After the rude greeting I received the sheer unprofessionalism from this lady brought to the table was shocking. Once the paper work was completed you get a 'kick' and there you go, out the door. I phoned a couple of times to see when my Mercedes Benz will be done. The first time I was told the service department only started to take calls after 9 and I needed to wait until then, second time calling back I was told that the person handling my 'CASE' would give me a call back this never happened. Two or three hours after this I phoned back and the front desk receptionist answered, I asked if I could talk to the person handling my 'Case' she told me that she was busy , I rep**** and asked if she could give me a yes or no if my car was done for I am waiting for a day and a half to replace a minor issue. She then rep**** and gave me a lecture on professionalism and was told she was busy. I then went to the dealership to see what is going on, when I arrived at the dealership there she was enjoying a hot cup of coffee on her own time. After I confronted her about calling me back she smiled to her ***orkers next to her and they started to grin, my car was busy in the washing bay. I told her to get my car out of the washing bay and I want my car now , I needed to leave. After strolling along she preformed the most difficult task I gave her. I then told her I want to speak to your dealer principal, he informed me 'something' would be done. I will never take my car back to Mercedes Benz Somerset West, I would rather take a trip all the way to Cape Town.
