Useless service, cheap usb ports parts

Disappointed with Mercedes Benz polokwane

Why our computers are using quality USB ports but MERCEDES BENZ IS USING CHEAP POOR USB PORTS

Last year I had to send my car twice for the replacement of the memory stick port USB port

They put in a fonkong replacement port, they replaced it with the same fonkong port again because when I removed my memory stick, it came out with the same white piece like last year

They told me that they have replaced it with the original part, but now the same happened again

What must I do now with Mercedes Benz south Africa

Is this what you come across guys with Mercedes Benz using useless parts to replace your car with useless parts

I am not going to pay for the replacement of this part because it shows that they use cheap parts so that you must bring it back and you must pay

I need my car to be fixed for free cause I can't pay for them to give me useless service
