Excellent customer service with a human factor!!

Yesterday (27/09/2022) I took my car for service at New Vaal Motors Mercedes Benz and I witnessed the humanity within the business environment. The service personnel by the name of Ruan Erasmus (affectionately known as Thabang) really put himself in my shoes and did an act of kindness. I was not just a customer to him, I was a mother & a human being. I had a Dr's appointment for my son who was very ill & needed attention, with the many inconveniences that load shedding puts everybody in unfortunately my car service was not finished towards the Dr's appointment time. But Ruan made sure that he arranges the driver to take me & my son to the Dr and brings us back to collect my car. The New Vaal Mercedes Benz team is really great with customer service & very friendly. From the lady that made tea for us, the driver (Richard), to the cashier (Lizzy) and even the mechanic who was working on my car because Ruan took me to him so that he can explain to me & guarantee that my car will be ready by the time I came back from the Dr's appointment. I give them 11/10... YES, its not a typo! I encourage them to keep it up & I applaud them for making me feel like their family member, it really made me proud to be a SA citizen. They showcased the UBUNTU spirit. THANK YOU NEW VAAL MOTORS MERCEDES BENZ TEAM!!!
