Recovery of my car

On the 2/07/2021 my C200 Mercedes Benz Avant-garde 2009 model had a breakdown in Dragon city. It was towed to M2 City. After a diagnosis was made I was told it will need about R20K. It was R19K and some few rands. The MFC warranty didn't cover what was broken in my car. By that time I busy preparing my dad's funeral. I told the lady Patricia Santos (Trish) that I can't afford to repair the car then.

She said I should come and pay the R1,200 of the diagnosis I agreed. I went to them in October to collect the car and was told the car was taken to the storage. This was done without my consent and now they're are creating stories that the car was with them for 7 months which was not true. I contacted their customer care and they wanted proof that the car was towed in July and I did, but still I couldn't get help to get my car.

The guy called Robyn emailed me saying I need to pay R16K for storage but refused that I see the car first. I told him that I don't know him. I never consented that my car be taken for storage, I was never contacted. I have my space for my car. How can I pay for a storage while I was busy saving for the repair of the car. I don't know where my car is I don't know it's condition. Their customer care failed to assist me resolve this.

Please assist in recovery of my car I need it.
