Mercedes rips its loyal customers a new ahole

Do not take your Mercedes to M2 city or Bedfordview. You are going to lose money. PLEASE BELIEVE ME. I took my Vito (reg no WJL901GP) as it’s Aircon was not working and the diesel tank had a leak somehow. They (Trish. Lovely lady)gave me a quote. I gave them the go ahead with the. Picked it up when it was ready. Diesel tank still leaked and the Aircon still didn’t work. Took it back 2 days later they gave me another quote. I gave them the go ahead again. Pick up when ready.

GUESS WHAT. Still leaking and still no Aircon.

Took it somewhere else. Annother R25000 later. All sorted. My boot still has all the replacement parts. Everything working beautifully.

Went back to M2 City. Spoke to the Dealer Principal. A couple of days later got a buzz from Trish.

No we changed the parts.

Oh and by the way neither M2 nor Bedfordview give you your used parts back. AS IS THE LAW

They phoned me and told me the starter bushes need replacing. R33000. Paid like a stupid. No used parts. 1 week later the battery was flat.
