Mercedes Benz M2 City's poor service delivery

I took my car to Mercedes Benz' M2 City for service and their after service is very bad. When doing inspection when collecting my car I spoke to the gentleman by the name of Shash. He promised to order a paint to fix my car and this was back in April, till today I am still waiting for him to fix my car. I made several follow ups with him and all I got were promises that never got fulfilled.

Because it's about fixing my car, he is taking his time and not prioritizing this. If I were buying a car from him he would have made sure he contacted me and made follow ups every hour. This is the punishment I get for buying Mercedes Benz.

In 2018 when I took my car to the same dealership, service got delayed which resulted in them telling me that service to my car will only be completed the next day. I am talking about the same people who did not care how I got home that day, they did not even arrange with one of their drivers to take me home. I had to make a plan because of their delays. When you give them second chance, they do something else to make sure you stay unhappy with them. I am very disappointed with the way they are treating us. They can do better.
