Bad no-care service

Fantastic pre-sales....until you need support. Been waiting more than a year for my maintenance contract and not even head office can assist to supply a copy. They simply don't return my calls. I would suggest you look at other vehicles it's not worth buying from them. Wanted to replace my windscreen which has to be done via them and they don't even bother returning my calls. The people in charge are never there to answer calls.
