Mercedes-Benz M2 City dealership always disappointing

I have never had a good experience in this dealership. I needed to fill-up my car with Ad blue. I phone Mercedes-Benz M2 City on Friday. I was told to bring the vehicle the following day (Saturday) because they are open. When I got there on Saturday morning as advised, there was a "staff training", and therefore nobody could help me. I had to drive further to the Bedfordview dealership to get assistance. M2 City must be closed permanently...seriously!
