Query

Had a very bad experience with Mercedes Benz King Williams Town , My car was towed there for Key replacement 2nd June but its still there...am from Queenstown and i do up and down to send car papers ...they dont have an online system they still using a manual they dont accept faxes or e-mailed document even payment must be done on the premises. Am so ****ed with their service service. Its like they still using old apartheid system thats going to chase customers away
