The tread on my tyre st********** my X5 late on Friday afternoon in the middle of nowhere in the Free State. Chatted with BMW Midrand. Saturday morning, a whole new rim and tyre was brought to me and replaced. Neil was great. Sent me a courtesy message telling me when he would be there, did a sterling job. The whole experience was world class! You can be proud of your business and your team!
