Very bad customer service

I phone the east rand mall to enquire about the price on the spare part on a vechile a guy called showen picked up the phone he was very rude while i was talking to him he put the phone down I than phoned back and complained to the manager called Yogesh he than had a bad attitude I could not believe that a world class brand has got this bad service they dont know how to talk to people.<br> <br> The Mercedes brand has got to do something about this
