Unfair dismissal

Hello Peter. I was a student doing his apprenticeship and was unfairly dismissed at Mercedes Benz East rand Mall 18 Feb 2021 with an accusation of not bleeding brake fluid during service. They threatened my future, Dev (Service Manager) said: I want you to resign today, if you dont; then we'll go ahead with the hearing and you will lose the case then we fire you and REDFLAG you on every motor industry so you never work with cars. After the hearing they then fired me refusing to produce evidence and perform proper investigation to my accusation. They have CCTV all round the company but won't produce that evidence to prove me innocent, there were no pictures or videos produced at the hearing even after I requested that evidence. The Chairperson wrote a false report regarding my hearing and during hearing my witnesses testimony was discredited because he couldn't properly remember the colour of the car we worked on, as he was my Journeymen (supervisor). We went for Arbitration and the solution they offered was to clean my name, give me good reference and pay me one month's pay. The HR (Xolani Mahala) said by good reference he meant they will write a letter saying "The business operational failed and the company had to be shut down". Isn't that **********? And the compensation they were offering, why would they pay me and clean my name if I didn't really do my job? I feel victimized and I really need help, I have run out of options because they are a big company I feel even commissioners will take their side without considering facts and evidence.
