Thievery at Mercedes M2 city johannesburg

On the 4th May 2018 m6 fiancé went to Mercedes Benz M2 city to purchase some parts he needed for his vehicle as he was sitting on a couch at reception he got up to be attended to (bear in mind it was empty) as he was done he went out only to realise that he had forgotten his Samsung J7 phone on the couch .when he returned (within 5-10min) his phone had gone missing and mo one seemed to know where it was but funny enough there was no one at the dealreship but the staff and no one seemed to know as one was pointing the other. There was a gentleman named Advocate and another lady who worked there who when asked to see the survalance cameras my fiance Nathi was told that there aren't ny camera's @ the delearship which really puzzled me as there is no way in he'll such an established brand like theirs ddnt have cameras. What also ****es me off is that after leaving when coming back for the 2nd time nothing still was done and when we wer calling the delearship we wer being sent from pillar to post .Eventually I called an wanted to speak to the dealer principal whom I was told wasn't available as expected they put me through to the workshop mananger Uuan whom when asked if there wer ny camera's confirmed that they wer and tld my fiance to come ask for Jerome to view the footage .Bear in mind petrol airtym nd time are being wasted for nothing as once there Nathi was told there aren't ny camera's and they apologise.if ur staff are able to ***** a mere thing like a cellphone how safe are our cars when they come in for service they probably ***** parts aswell without being caught. I Am extremely angry and aggregated at the outcome of this situation as it seems like theft is being promoted as the delearship is protecting the staff that did this.Ayanda Radasi
