the worse service ever!!!

<p>I've been trying to conact the service advisor Wayne on numerous occasions after having left a vehicle for repairs with them for over 1 month, the 'service advisor'never used to take any calls. yesterday 31/07/2017 i eventually spoke to the manager Neil who firstly gives the phone to wayne, after arguing with him I asked to please speak to Neil, he promised to call me by close of business the same day or early morning the next day, its now almost 5pm the next day and i didnt get a call from him. (i must add that i waited for wayne to call me for over a week, and still would have been waiting)!!! </p>
