"The best or nothing"...NOT

My vehicle was recently towed back to Mercedes benz after a breakdown( on 7 January 2018) to East rand for the third time after another bad "repair"due to their workmanship. The initial issue was multiple actuator malfunctions which resulted in a fuel flap that wouldn't open so I could not put fuel in the car and after a few months later it was a coolant related matter where engine coolant was leaking and as a result the engine light went on. The car was then taken in for its Major service( 60 000km) where the vehicle was "repaired".It came back however, the engine stayed on so I took it in and as always I had to be the one calling them for updates on the repair work. the car was eventually returned to me but it was not long after that , that the engine light started flashing, the car lost power and eventually stalled and would not start again.

Needless to say that I was upset so with the car still under warranty I tried to utilize their services which proved fruitless because their on site technician basically told me he wanted nothing to do with me because after telling him that my car WOULD NOT start, he insisted I try drive it home where it would be convenient for them to tow from. The vehicle was then towed and it was discovered that the vehicle had a contaminated fuel issue. No further details i.e. the duration to fix were provided to me and I again, since Monday 8 January 2018 i have been the one to call and find out if the vehicle still exists or is even being attended to. I always end speaking to a guy called Bill and he just tells me he will call back but never does. Oh and I still don't have the vehicle back...The best or nothing...I think not.
