Sucky attitude and customer service

Worst experience ever from the parts department. I have never imagined a brand this big would treat customers with such a stinky attitude. I called the parts department to run a quote on a product after I brought the car in on Saturday for a diagnosis and this person refused to help me and said if I want to run the quote I must bring the car in after I was there on Saturday and he still refused to help me because he has already "logged off".... Disappointing
