Stay away from EAST RAND MERCEDES BENZ!!!!
I can honestly say that I never thought that such bad service existed, not in a million years did I think I would get such poor, below par service. Almost as if to say I am doing the dealership a favor by paying for a product which they so promised to provide no ASSIST with.
My vehicle has been at the dealership now for almost TWO WEEKS. Before which, it has been making trips in and out the very same dealership for a repair which I initially paid for seeing that it was not covered by the warranty which they offered. I have been made to drive car on numerous occasions with the engine warning light on by the various parties at MB east rand almost as if to indicate that such a practice is normal. No one can assist me with telling me how long the car will take to fix on a repair in which they messed up, yes I initially took the car in to be fixed for a fuel contamination(which I payed for no hassles) but ever since that it's clear that they have made the car worse in that you cannot drive the car for more than a week without the engine light going on, in the latest episode the car has spent close to two weeks at the dealership without a word on what is to follow. As far as COURTESY VEHICLES and such, please don't bother because quite frankly no one cares, not the sales advisor (I'm my case William Francke) not the service manager Neil Gold, not even the dealer principle Buhle Motsamai who is always "busy with another client and will call you back".
Not to mention MBSA who don't seem to be bothered about doing anything because they always just refer you back to the dealership. At this point I think it would be better if the dealership kept their car because clearly it's not going to be in my possession for a while.
