Request to Skip Payment

I called the call center on 21 Aug and spoke to Shirley, she helpfully requested that I send through my request to Skip payment and Extension on my Agility Finance to [Email Removed] I did. My request is to please allow me to skip payments for 3 months on my car and also to look into extending my finance from 3 to 4 or 5 years. My request to skip payment was to start in Aug. I spoke to Fundi and Bucks (manager) to no avail. On 24th Aug the debit order still went off. No one has called me from MBFS to date, on both my requests. Bucks said he will call me back and I've not heard anything. I am unfortunately going through a bad patch and this will be resolved in the next few months, which is why I asked for this break. With the debit order going off I asked if they could please refund me the amount for Aug as I have requested to skip before payment went off. No one can help me and I am left with no money to survive the next week even!!!
