Poor service Mercedes East Rand

I have never had such poor service. I would rather deal with home affairs. I have been waiting For them to resolve my issue since last year April and it is still not resolved. When servicing my car they left off a wiper blade which almost caused an accident as I only became aware that it was missing when we were in a torrential downpour. This scratched my window and so they agreed (after nearly a year) to pay the excess on the insurance to get it replaced. I have replaced the window and paid the excess and now it has been a further three months with still no reimbur*****t. This branch really lets down its brand.
