Poor Service

I have always had my car serviced by this dealer for the last 8 years. For the past two years I find them very difficult to deal with. You can never speak to a service consultant as they are always unavailable. I am a pensioner and would like get an indicative qoutation on a 100000km service.When I finally get to speak to someone I get sent from pillar to post. After 15 min I gave up. Useless bunch. !! I will take my car elsewhere in future and will never reccommend them again. Andre ***
