Poor communication

Poor communication while servicing my car. They refused to collect me after the service. They only informed me at 17:00 when they were about to close that I must make own arrangements to get to the dealership to collect the vehicle. Still refused to deliver my car or male alternative arrangements. Service representative name is Charmaine on 30/04/2021
