Parts department too lazy to answer queries

Service is absolutely disgusting!!! I have phoned 6 times in the past week to enquire about a part. Part department hardly answers phones and when they finally do they say they are too busy to assist and will phone back later but they never do. Unfortunately I can not get the part elsewhere otherwise I would've given up the first time . It's an absolute frustration!!!!
