Over and Beyond Customer Service

I want to extended our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the service provided by Dylan. My parents reside in KZN but decided to purchase the vehicle from Jozi not only due to the cost but also the comfort they felt in dealing with Dylan. I work in retail and good customer service is a rare commodity and exceptional service is almost never heard of, but not in this instance. Credit needs to be given where credit is deserved and earned.<br> <br> Dylan, thank you for making this such an easy and exciting time for my parents. The fact that everything was done via emails or a couple short phone calls, should speak for itself. This entire transaction was based on trust from both parties and this is hardly ever the case. Your excellent service needs to be acknowledged and rewarded accordingly. I am hoping that the service provided by Dylan is the culture that you promote within your organization as I can guarantee you many happy and satisfied customers. Hold onto this man as he has a lot to offer
