Oil deep stick missing.

My Wife Took the car for the service today 07/03/2022 and was told that the system is down and can she fetch the car the following day. then around 14h50 my wife gets a call that the system is back but my car doesn't have oil deep stick and they also giving a price of R400 to replace it. i know for a fact tat my wife could not open the engine and she hasn't asked anyone to open the boot for water and oil. now when i try call them asking for clarity and for them check the cameras they posting me from pillar to post .now they are not answering my calls . i spoke to AMY on *** and she said i should speak to the workshop manager of which his no where to be found.
