Inconvenienced and Disappointed

I took my car at the M2 City Mercedes Benz lastweek Wednesday as I had to replace the thermostat in my car. They took my car in and gave my father and I a lift back home. When we were home,I got a call in from the technician telling me that they don't have the part in stock and that they would have to order it. He also explained that this would result in me possibly getting the car on Thursday morning. I told him that I had to be in Rusternburg that morning,he said he would do his best so that I could have my car. He then told me that he's waiting for the part to arrive from Pretoria. The next day I called in,and the technician was gone on training and I was told to speak to another technician. He told me that the part hadn't arrived, and that it would arrive only on Friday. I then requested to collect my car as I would need it,and this was late in the afternoon on Thursday. I met with the technician and he told me that the part was due to come in on Friday and that Monday I should bring in my car. Today,as it is Monday. I decided to call in before I drive all the way there and the receptionist told me that the technician was busy with other customers, and to leave a message. I never got a call back for 2 hours and I decided to call again. I spoke to the technician and he told me that he didn't know if the part had arrived or not,and he would call me in 15 minutes, that was at 10am,I never got a call back till now as I'm typing this review. I'm just so disappointed because it's so inconveniencing,I dropped all my plans for lastweek Wednesday,Thursday, and also today on Monday. I never thought I would get such treatment as the people there are nice but I've never experienced so much inconvenience. It shouldn't take more than 3 days to get a part, especially if the part is supposedly ordered from Pretoria.
