I'm so dissapointed

Pathetic service received today. My car is under car service until 100 000km I took my car for a service at 89 000 this morning in Pietermaritzburg now they telling me I have to wait until monday for a car to be serviced because they still communicating with their office in Gauteng or I must just pay R8900 they will refund me! Its 14:22 up until now my car is not done but they say if I pay I can get it today. I wouldn't expect such from mercedece I'm so dissapointed
