I took my car to Mercedes last month fir service East Rand Mall for some repairs, then they saud they cant work on it since they oicked up that the car had been repaired on the door by a non approved panel beater

I took my car to Mercedes last month fir service East Rand Mall for some repairs, then they saud they cant work on it since they oicked up that the car had been repaired on the door by a non approved panel beater. They saud I must take the car to Renew it in Bedford view. I took the car thete and after it was repaired they said they wanted a repott from Renew it, I went to Renew it and then Renew it saif they will send it to Mercedes, I went back to Mercedes and they told me Renew it didnt send it. I went forth and back from Mercedes to Renew it until Mercedes decided that they will reinstate the car back to Motor Plan. Because if this up and down traveks from Renew it to Mercedes when I took the cat fot the same repaits Mercedes said they cant fix the car bevause it was eover 100 000km by 4km(now 100 004). The problems in the car were reported long before they sent me up and down to Renew it. No onw wanyed to listen to my vase since one is only speaking to the call centre people who tells me there is nothing they can do. I am very dissapointed with Merxedes Benz
