Good sales experience

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Jaco Craze, one of the sales agents at Mercedes Benz Bedforview. During the pre-delivery tests, Jaco meticulously addressed each of my concerns, and was prepared to go the extra mile. He was even willing to arrange for me to collect the vehicle on a Sunday (when the dealership is usually closed!) because I was too busy on every other day of the week to accept delivery. I recommend asking for Jaco Craze if you are interested in purchasing from this dealership.
