Do not use this dealer useless

<p>I had a burning rubber smell in my car, took it to East Rand Mercedes, they had it for two days and told me they could not find a problem with it, they even test drove it. I picked my car up and on arriving home smelt the rubber smell, took it back to them, was told by their workshop manager its my clutch and I had been driving my clutch. </p> <p>I bought my car 2nd hand clutch was replaced a year ago, and now has gone again, they refuse to pay for and now say its my style of driving.</p> <p>A premier brand you would excpet more, they have had my car for 2 weeks with no follow up nothing, had to be told my Merc SA they would not pay for it. SHocking service, shocking attitude.</p> <p>I will never drive a merc again, the other cars we have are toyota and Hyndai. I will now trade this revolvting car in on a brand of above that has customer service and the cars are trust worthy to drive. I am appalled by East Rand Mercedes</p>
