Client's car driven around over the weekend

What a disappointment Mercedes Benz south East Rand is. Begining of October 2017 my cousin booked her motor vehicle (MERCEDES-BENZ, W205 in for minor service at Mercedes benz East Rand. On the 06th October 2017 night, she received a text message from tracker alerting her of the vehicle being driven and parked in high risk areas (Hilbrow and Vosloorus respectively). As she followed up with tracker, they provided her with transport and guards to investigate the whereabouts of the vehicle and she was shocked to find it parked in the street next to one of the East rand Mall Mercedes-benz employee’s house. The interior of the car was so filthy, with squeeze bottles, kid’s feeding bottles and USB memory stick connected to the system. The vehicle was parked outside overnight, which compromised the safety aspect and degrading the value of the car. God knows what happened to the vehicle while parked outside. It could’ve been tampered with.
