Car not fixed after it was serviced

Send my Mercedes Benz B180 for a serviced on Mondays 3 February 2015. When I left the car for the service I ask just look at the eco system it is still not fixed after sending the car back for the thrift time , got the car back and the eco system is still not fixed and the new breaks on the car people can hear me breaking 3 blocks from my house. Called the serviced manager to inform him that I`m not satisfied with the service I just got a lot of attitude from him, told him to come and fetch the car from my house because they didn`t fixed the car so I feel it`s their responsibility to come and get the car for not fixing it for the thrift time, so no I must take it back for the fourth time for the same problem and he just said it`s not their job to drive after clients. So for me it is an embarrassment to drive a Mercedes due to the eco start that is making this terrible noise when stopping at a stop, and I will never recommend Mercedes East Rand to anyone .
