Can't get through to Mercedes-Benz Parts Departments

Every time I have to phone Mercedes-Benz either in Bedfordview or East Rand Mall, I know I'd better have R100 airtime just to get through to their Parts Department to get a price for something a customer of ours requests. I deplore having to get prices from these dealerships. They are just too busy and not enough staff.
