Bad Service

I went to east rand Mercedes East rand. The service is always time after time the worst that I've experience and after visiting the garage i always tell myself it is the last! i always return due to the fact that i work in Jetpark and therefor it is a nearby location.

when phoning the garage in the morning i get send from pillar to post holding on for minute after minute. the also getting through to someone the lady will tell me she cant check my vehicle details as her computer is not yet switched on...this is after 8am

i went 2 weeks ago to buy a dim light and the person booking the part out literally handed me the box and shake his shoulder when i ask him where to go for them to replace i then asked him whether i should do it my self and he again lifted his shoulders and said he don't know. i immediately spoke to the service manager and his excuse was that the security book out parts. and he don't have knowledge. talk about unprofessionalism and incompetence.

when my car went in for a service they said i had to do the brakes immediately, i got a second opinion and this was not necessary as they will be still fine for 5k km. as a woman i feel so helpless. do they just try to make money?

I've heard from people that they had the same type of experience from that garage. they even went as far as marking the parts before taking it in for a service. got a huge bill and then after investigating the same parts were still in his vehicle even through they had to be replaced and paid for it! this is not only unprofessional but in fact *****!

please please give me honest service when i take my vehicle in next time! Please give me professional customer service as expected from a Mercedes garage. give me a manager that listen to complaints and not swift the blame.

so i have had mercedes look at my vehicle as we were away this weekend. lets see if the info correspond... or alternatively give me another garage close to my area!!!! i would refer to not deal with Mercedes east rand
