BAD SERVICE!!

<p>My friend Ali took his car in for service today.When booking he specifically said that he has to be dropped off in Benoni as he starts his shop at 9am.The dealership is in Boksburg.They took his car in and made him wait for 45 minutes before he blew his temper as his shop was closed and customers were calling him! He then demanded his car back without being serviced.And took it to another dealership. He paid close to R 300,000-00 for this car.The dealerships service was below standard.They kept saying the driver is coming.How can you employ few drivers when you know you have lot of clients? Surely they should know how many cars they will be getting for service in a day? Employ more people.And whilst my friend waited there, all other customers were being served tea and coffee, besides him!! No apologies were offered and my friend just took his car back!! Pathetict Service! I advised my friend to sell the Mercedes and buy a BMW.The service at Auto Alpina Boksburg is just too great!!</p>
