Awesome car, unmatchable service!

If I could give this rating 20 stars, I would. My history with Mercedes started when I was a little girl riding in the back of my grandfather's white Mercedes Benz. He was my idol, and although I lost him when I was very young, I have carried the dream of owning a Benz all these years. I am now a qualified specialist nurse with my own practice. In February this year, I wrote off the car I was driving in an attempted hijacking, but had no hesitation to configure my dream car and boldly put down a deposit on a Merc that was only due to arrive in the country five months later. In between, I had two cars to bridge the gap (this is more car than I have owned in my entire life!), but nothing made me happy. When first enquiring about my configuration, I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy Badenhorst, who was not only a sales executive, but became a friend too. On Friday this week, I was handed over my brand new Merc, specced uniquely to my version of perfection. I had the pleasure of having Ahmed go through all the tech in the car like a genius, and show me a heartwarming video on Bertha Benz. I just have to say- what a machine! But more than the car itself, which is perfection, the attention to detail and the customer service I received from Wendy, Pranisha and Ahmed cannot be paralleled. I feel they all deserve a special mention and the car speaks for itself. I will never switch brands, I will just keep upgrading to a newer model. And as a bonus, I received a lovely goodie bag! Wendy, Ahmed and Pranisha are truly assets to the dealership. Thank you Bedofrdview for making my dream come true, and thank you Bertha Benz, who refused to give up! Stay awesome always! It's been a long wait, and two mistake panic buys in between, but now things are as they should be. Keep shining team and thank you for welcoming me to the family.
