i need to book my vehicle for a service but also need to to get a basic quotation before booking it in.

i have been on the line for 13 minutes and 5 seconds to be exact.

the receptionist will ask the Manager Neil Gold to get back to me.

Not the first time im having trouble with this specific garage, its always a story.
